Anushka is on an exclusive contract with Yash Raj and this will be her second release. This is also Shahid’s second film with the YRF banner.
A source from the industry reveals, “The untitled film will be directed by actor Parmeet Sethi, and he has also penned the script, which has impressed Aditya Chopra immensely.”
Shahid Kapoor is slowly inching himself into Yash Raj camp. After the Rani starrer Hadippa, the actor has signed another film with Anushka Sharma who made a debut in last year’s the production house’s Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi.
It is believed that Parmeet is on a three-film deal with the banner. The actor-turned- director’s first brush with the Chopras was in Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge.
