Tania Deol features as a guest on The First Ladies with Abu-Sandeep on NDTV Good Times recently. This is the first time that Bobby Deol’s wife has given a TV interview.
Some of the talks of the show were;
Her meeting Bobby was like a fairy tale. “It happened so suddenly. We didn’t even go on a date. We spoke for a week and then it was December, so there were a lot of parties happening. We kept meeting and one day he insisted on dropping me home and then he asked me to marry him!”
Bobby’s most irritating habit? “He talks in his sleep! Most men snore but my husband talks.”
About her furniture line, she says, “My entry into this line was not something I planned. I do have a background in interiors, I have studied it and I have worked but then I got pregnant so I did not pursue it.
But I had done bits of my own home which a family friend saw. She was having a furniture show and insisted that I take part and she just did not take ‘No’ for an answer. I did the show and ever since there’s been no looking back.”
