Actress Sonal Chauhan recently filed a case against a person (Pune-based) who was running a website illegally by the name of sonalchauhanworld. She has now won the case and will be coming up with her own all-new website.
“The person not only ran the website in my name but had the audacity to sell my pictures. He was making a cool amount doing it.
I was advised legal recourse to make him pull off the website,” says the furious actress.
When he was sent a legal notice, the person was taken totally unawares.
“He then opted for an out-of-court settlement and now the website has disappeared from the domain.”
This is not the first time that Sonal had to take legal action. There were reports of her fake ID being used on a famous social networking.
